If you have created a long route on the device then it may cause the device to slow down when calculating the route.
||Why canít I find the POI, I am looking for?|
Depending on the amount of POI your unit holds will determine if all POI can be found in your unit.
||Why is the volume too low to hear?|
Check if the volume was turned down or Muted, and if so turn up the volume or turn on the sound output.
||Why do I sometimes find map errors in TrakteQ products?|
There are inevitably some road changes, as well as human error or subjectivity in the creation of a digital map.
||What do I need to send in to get my replacement unit once a Return Authorization has been issued?|
You will need to send in the unit, all accessories and the paperwork that has been emailed to you, unless instructed otherwise.
||Can a high capacity card be used with my GPS unit?|
No, a high capacity card is not compatible with your unit.
||Will the GPS unit automatically turn on when charging?|
No, the unit will not automatically turn on while charging, unless you would press POWER button on top of the device.
