Why won't my unit acquire satellites?
As GPS units are used, data is gathered which helps them acquire satellites quickly at the start of each use.

The TrakteQ GPS devices are constructed of high quality materials and do not require user maintenance other than cleaning.
Why does my GPS device turn off after the loading maps screen?
Normally this occurs when your battery hasn't got enough power to turn the unit on.
How do I unlock my device if I have forgotten the PIN number?
If you have a TrakteQ Lock on your GPS device and you have forgotten your 4 digit PIN number you can unlock the device by returning to your Security Location icon.
Do any of the TrakteQ units have mile marker information or exact location information?
TrakteQ units do not have mile marker information. However, there are other ways that you can get your exact location from our GPS units.
How do I change my GPS device to display either miles or kilometres?
The TrakteQ GPS device can show distances in either miles (statute units) or kilometres (metric units).
How do I delete JPEG/Picture files from my TrakteQ device?
