How do I know if my area is covered?

Ans. In order to get a better idea of what the coverage will be like in the specific areas that you will frequent most, you can try the following:

1. Take your cell phone out to the areas you are concerned have coverage; a good rule of thumb is if your cell phone works the TrackEasy 1 tracker will work.

2. Check coverage maps for providers such as AT&T, T-Mobile etc. (these providers operate on the same platform that we do).  Please keep in mind that cellular networks are continuously expanding. If your coverage is not great now, that may change for the better in the near future.
3. If you are outside of USA, please, visit submit your request to us, based on your county, we will reply back.
