Are there any monthly services fees to use the GPS navigation units?
No, there are no service fees.
Can a high capacity card be used with my GPS unit?
No, a high capacity card is not compatible with your unit.
Can I arrange to have more than one person receive location information?
Ans. Yes, you can.
Can I buy a carrying case for my TrakteQ GPS?
Yes, you can buy a carrying case through TrakteQ.
Can I search for an address by the house name?
No. If you have a TrakteQ device you will be able to search by the house number, street name or city but not by the house name.
Can I use the TrackEasy 1 tracker to track my vehicle or for personal tracking?
Ans. Yes! TrackEasy 1 tracker is Multi purpose tracker.
Can the TrackEasy 1 tracker be worn by toy breeds or cats?
No. We are currently developing a second generation product that will fit comfortably onto cats as well as toy breeds of dogs.
Do any of the TrakteQ units have mile marker information or exact location information?
TrakteQ units do not have mile marker information. However, there are other ways that you can get your exact location from our GPS units.
Does my TrakteQ device have a mute button?
Yes, all TrakteQ GPS units have a Mute button.
Does TrakteQ sell replacement parts for units
TrakteQ does offer replacement parts for certain GPS devices.
