If your unit will not charge in your vehicle, you may need to replace the fuse located in the tip of the vehicle power adapter.

To reassemble the tip of your vehicle power cable, please follow the instructions below:
Verify the spring is inside the cylinder of the power adapter.
Insert the fuse into the cylinder of the power adapter.
Place the silver tip on top of the fuse.
Screw on the end piece.

To change the voice language follow the instructions for your TrakteQ, select language icon in Navigation Platform, then click OK to confirm.

If you have set a route on your device and you would like to find a Point of Interest (POI) such as a petrol station on your route there are two ways you can do it.

Micro SD (Micro Secure Digital) cards can be used a variety of different ways: external memory drive for Pictures, Video, Music, eBooks, etc.

Yes, it is possible to view your complete route before navigating to your destination.

Occasionally GPS units with the text-to-speech feature may mispronounce street names.
||How does temperature affect the power and charge of my device?|
When the unit is within the 32 °F and 113 °F temperature range, the external power source will power the unit and charge the battery.
||Can I search for an address by the house name?|
No. If you have a TrakteQ device you will be able to search by the house number, street name or city but not by the house name.
